Contract Enrollment

WATER and DISPENSERS

With regards to supplying you, our valued customer, with water and dispensers and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency, we are offering you the following:

 

1. SERVICE PROVIDED

 

1. Crystal Pure shall provide to the customer’s address the following items: water dispenser/s and 6 full water bottles per dispenser.

2. Crystal Pure shall deliver a maximum of six refilled Crystal Pure water bottles per month per dispenser free of charge to the customer's address on request. Crystal Pure must be notified at least two days before delivery is required.

3. The number of bottles offered cannot be carried over to the next month if not used

4. Refilled bottles will only be supplied if they are exchanged for empty bottles limited to 6 bottles per dispenser at any time.

5. If the customer provides his/her own water bottles they can be filled and delivered at R35,00 per bottle, provided a minimum of four refilled bottles are ordered.

6. The customer can refill his/her own bottles at Crystal Pure’s business premises for R1,30 per Liter.

7. Should the customer require additional refills over and above the 6 bottles provided, they will be delivered to the customer’s address for R35,00 per bottle or R25,00 if an empty bottle is exchanged for a refilled bottle at Crystal Pure’s business premises.

8. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will not be supplied if the monthly payment is not received by the 7th day of the month.

 

1. PAYMENT

 

1. The customer agrees to pay R300 per month, on or before the 3rd day of each month, for the use of the water dispensers and up to six refills.

2. The accepted payment method is electronic funds transfer (EFT), cash or card.

3. Should the bank details change, the customer agrees to notify Crystal Pure, in writing, of the new bank account details.

 

1. THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THE GOODS

The customer agrees, during the subsistence of the contract to:

1. Always keep the water dispenser clean and in a sanitary condition

2. Take all reasonable steps to ensure that the dispenser and the bottles are not damaged.

3. Use the water dispenser and the water bottles only for the purpose for which they were intended.

4. Use the water dispenser and bottles only at the customer’s address, and not to permit them to leave these premises.

5. Be responsible for any negligent damage to the goods while at the customer’s address.

6. Be responsible for the loss of the goods through theft, fire, or any other cause.

 

1. CRYSTAL PURE’S RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THE GOODS

   1. The dispenser and water bottles always remain the property of Crystal Pure and, as the owner, Crystal Pure undertakes to replace the dispenser or water bottles if they prove defective.

   2. In addition to supplying the water dispenser at the start of the contract, Crystal Pure agrees to deliver, at no additional charge, up to six water bottles per dispenser monthly as required to the customer’s address, according to Section 1b above.

 

1. RIGHT TO CANCEL CONTRACT

   1. If the customer wishes to cancel the contract, he/she may do so, provided at least one month’s written notice is received by Crystal Pure. The customer will be liable for any unpaid payments due in terms of the contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Crystal Pure.

   2. If either party defaults on any of the terms and conditions of this contract, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to cancel the contract, provided that the defaulting party shall have been given five days in which to remedy the breach, and has failed to do so.

   3. On cancellation of the contract, Crystal Pure is entitled to remove all it’s equipment from the customer’s address.
